HOW can ı book a personal traınıng seans?

Booking a Personal Training Class for a Physical Evaluation

What is included in the personal traınıng services?

  • One-hour workout: Warm-up, workout, and stretching based on your goals or needs

  • Exercise suggestions for alternate days to help you achieve your goals

  • Cardio plans to build endurance and reach your fitness objectives

  • Nutritional advice to ensure that you're consuming the right foods

  • Fitness and nutrition tips which will boost your confidence

  • Unlimited text support from your personal trainer to answer any questions or provide guidance outside of your sessions.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL class?

Take advantage of our complimentary initial session, which includes a physical evaluation and short workout, it takes 45-60 minutes.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?

Bring a bottle of water!I can plan a workout using minimal equipment or body weight, but for quicker and long-lasting results, investing in a set of dumbbells or adjustable ones (more cost-effective) can be more beneficial.

Do you offer outdoor exercise programs?

I used to do them earlier (in 2022), but haven't done so in over a year. During summer and depending on my location, I might do group classes outdoors.

HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I SEE A TRAINER?

The amount of physical activity you require depends on your objectives and willingness to train alone. As a healthy adult, it's recommended to engage in 150-300 minutes of exercise per week. If you train with me once a week, I suggest dedicating three additional days to activities such as walking, tennis, swimming, or solo training. However, if you train with me twice a week and add two more sessions to your routine, along with a healthy diet, sufficient sleep, and stress management, you should be able to see visible results within three months.

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL ADVICE?

I will prepare one week nutrition plan that will be adapted to a month, which will be checked by a nutritionist to ensure that you get all the nutrients with your workout that will help you achieve your fitness goals. Don't forget, 70% of achieving your fitness goals comes down to diet, so make sure you eat healthy.

Can you send any samples?

To get a better understanding of your style, I prefer to conduct evaluations that are tailored to your needs. I'll adjust the exercises to make them more personalized for you. If you're interested, you can check out Recorded videos or find my short videos on YouTube: FitCoacHarmony

What is your availability?

Can I start exercising during pregnancy or after birth?

It's important to incorporate strength training into your daily routine prior to, during, and following pregnancy. The potential risks of physical activity during pregnancy are minimal, and research has shown that it provides significant benefits for most women. However, due to normal anatomic and physiologic changes, some modifications to your exercise routine may be necessary. If you're new to exercising or find it challenging, please speak with your doctor to obtain clearance prior to engaging in any physical activity during and after pregnancy.

Can I start exercising at age 60 or later?

Did you know that engaging in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week can reduce the risk of fall-related injuries in older adults by 32% to 40%? Don't hesitate to encourage your loved ones to stay active – even if they're in their 60s. Just like my mother, who started exercising with weights at 61 years old.

Do you give group classes?

Yes, I offer group classes. If you have a group of friends with a minimum of 3 people, I can provide instruction. Occasionally, I schedule online group sessions on weekend mornings. Feel free to reach out to me if you're interested.

How do I access on-demand video workouts?

To access on-demand video workouts:

  • Complete your payment using the same email address associated with your YouTube account.

  • Or send me your email address through the chat box or email.

  • Once your payment is processed, I will promptly grant you access to the videos.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation and Late Policy for Sessions

To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide a 24-hour notice. In the event that you're running late, please let me know so we can make arrangements if time permits. If not, you'll be charged a 1-hour fee, regardless of the actual time used. After our initial session, I will send you my form about my policies. While I understand that emergencies happen, I expect clients to take our work seriously and commit to our scheduled sessions.

REFUND

Refund Policy for Packages

Refunds are not available for any purchases, unless you are unable to train and have provided a doctor's note as proof. These packages are valid for one month. In my opinion, setting aside four days out of thirty for training shouldn't be a challenging task, unless you are unwell or travelling. Don't forget that exercising more frequently will lead to more enduring outcomes.
