HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I SEE A TRAINER?
It depends on your goal and the suitability of both of us. We can discuss this at the first meeting. If you are not doing any activity alone, it may be more productive to work with a personal trainer twice a week.
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?
The first session with physical evaluation is always free.
DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
Let your guest come with you and watch or try our session once. If you both like it, we can continue the duo training.
WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?
Level 5-Technical Specialist in Physical Exercise / Level 5 Personal Trainer
DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL ADVICE?
We personal trainers know a little bit of everything, although we're not nutritionists, we have an opinion about what to eat in right time. We can discuss your eating habits during our sessions, but I recommend talking to professionals.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
CANCELLATION
To cancel or change days, you must notify at least 24 hours before your session. If you're late, please let me know and I'll make up for it if there's availability, otherwise you'll be charged a 1-hour payment fee, even if it's less. I will inform you about my procedures after the first session. Of course I can understand some emergencies that you need to cancel before your session, otherwise no excuses are accepted, we are here to work hard :)
Bring a bottle of water! If you have any tools, we can schedule exercises with them.
