Are there people who exercise because it feels like therapy? Someone like me. I can't imagine myself sitting around all day doing nothing and I do not like seeing people like that. That's why I'm here to move everyone. I want everyone to do something for 10 minutes or 30 minutes a day but do something. I love doing HIIT, circuits, AMRAP, yoga, stretching, doing exercise at home & outdoor (beginner to calisthenics =D), in the gym, walking and hiking. But I can say that I spent only 30% of my workout activities in the gym in my life. I like to exercise at home more (I settled more at home after the pandemic too anyway).
My name is Ece, I am Certified Personal Trainer, I will prepare you for the future with safe and challenging exercises, with the experience from my exercise history and the professional support that education gives me. I speak English, ana dil Türkçe, falo portugues tambem (desde que terminei este curso em portugues, não tão bem, mas pelo menos podemos nos comunicar).
I would like to share my friend's opinion because she better clarified than me; I asked my friend, what you think about 'Harmony Fitness' name, she said: 'Firstly it is about soft sports training and respectful of my capacity and secondly it is about training which makes it possible to reach and harmonious goals.' Yeah, I was going to say that too :D
