Here are all the details you need to know about my fitness classes:

  • Take advantage of our special offer: the first session is free until the end of December!

  • My classes are designed to help you lose weight and get in shape, with a maximum capacity of six students.

  • The classes will incorporate circuit, AMRAP, or HIIT exercises, which will consist of rest periods between exercises to increase your endurance and maximize calorie burn.

  • Join on Mondays and Wednesdays for high-intensity, full-body workouts suitable for intermediate to advanced levels. Beginners are welcome too, and modifications can be made to suit your needs.

  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I'll focus on low-impact, full-body exercises with an emphasis on core work on Thursday. These classes are perfect for beginners and anyone else who wants to join.

  • I also offer stretching classes, which are free for anyone who pays for the package. These 20-minute sessions will include basic dynamic and static stretching movements, as well as basic yoga poses to improve your posture, loosen your muscles, and help you relax.

  • My classes will use a combination of body weight and dumbbell exercises (if you don't have dumbbells, you can fill bottles with sand and use them). Please bring your mat.

  • Pricing options are as follows:

  • One class: €‎7

  • Four classes: €25

  • Unlimited classes: €40

  • Packages will be valid for one month.

Multilingual Functionality

I'm fluent in English and Turkish , with some Portuguese and Spanish sprinkled in for good measure. Don't worry though, we can still talk like two old pals!
