One-hour Personal Training sessions are designed to provide you with a comprehensive fitness experience. Here's what you can expect:

  • One-hour workout: Warm-up, workout, and stretching based on your goals or needs

  • Body composition measurements and discussions every two months, so you can track your progress (including waist and hip measurements, and scale if available).

  • Exercise ideas for other days, so you can continue to work towards your goals

  • Cardio plans to help you build endurance and achieve your fitness objectives

  • A one-week nutrition plan that can be adjusted for a month, where you can monitor your food intake on MyFitnessPal or receive feedback on each meal you consume.

  • Unlimited text support from your personal trainer, in case you have any questions or need guidance outside of your sessions.

  • Exercise Plan: A tailored 1-hour workout plan based on your preferred training days or desired workout duration.

  • Bi-monthly body composition measurements and discussions to monitor your progress (including waist and hip measurements, and scale if available).

  • Comprehensive plans for strength training, cardio, mobility, stretching, and functional exercises to assist you in building endurance, shedding weight, toning up, and achieving your fitness objectives at your own pace.

  • A one-week nutrition plan that can be adjusted for a month, where you can monitor your food intake on MyFitnessPal or receive feedback on each meal you consume.

  • I can provide feedback on your workout videos while you follow my workout plan.

  • I can also create tutorial videos to explain exercises clearly.

  • Stay connected with your personal trainer via unlimited text support before, during, or after your workout sessions. Feel free to ask questions, provide feedback, and seek guidance whenever you need it.
