One-hour Personal Training sessions are designed to provide you with a comprehensive fitness experience. Here's what you can expect:

One-hour workout: Warm-up, workout, and stretching based on your goals or needs

Body composition measurements and discussions every two months, so you can track your progress

Exercise ideas for other days, so you can continue to work towards your goals

Cardio plans to help you build endurance and achieve your fitness objectives

One week nutrition plan that can adapt to a month to ensure you're fueling your body with the right foods

Unlimited text support from your personal trainer, in case you have any questions or need guidance outside of your sessions.

The hours for the Monthly plans are flexible, ranging from 30 to 45 to 60 minutes, or as per your preference. However, 45-40 or 20-30 minutes will all be charged at the same rate. Premium plan is unlimited, you can choose any combination, but a maximum of 4 sessions of 60 minutes per week is allowed.

Group Classes for a Group of People or for Your Fitness Group: I can lead a fitness class for a minimum of 3 participants at any time that suits for everyone or I can provide an online fitness session tailored to your group's preferences.

45 min group classes are open to all.
