Sitting right and doing the exercises correctly are important to protect our bodies. Exercise injuries are not only caused by falling and accidents but also doing the exercise incorrectly for a long time will cause you to have chronic pain such as low back, knee pain, etc. It will push your body to hunched over or to a different posture.
How do you know you are exercising correctly? Not every person who uploads a video on the internet or does heavy lifting does not mean that they are doing these exercises correctly. So be careful who you follow.
I recommend you to examine yourself while exercising in front of the mirror or take your video and examine it. Of course, you may think that you are doing the right thing even it is not. Also, after the education I received, I realized that I was doing some exercises wrong, which caused my muscles to get tense too.
As we personal trainers know the exercise technique well, we can help you with this. You can consult me if you wish, I would be happy to help you by making a video call or checking the videos you recorded while exercising. For questions or feedback, feel free to contact me and review your training method.
You can check out exercise ideas and how I do them on my Youtube channel.
