Are there people who exercise because it feels like therapy? Someone like me. I can't imagine myself sitting around all day doing nothing and I do not like seeing people like that. That's why I'm here to move everyone. I want everyone to do something for 10 minutes or 30 minutes a day (available in the APP) but do something.

 And YOU...If you are having trouble losing weight, or if you want to start a healthy life or you struggle to maintain it, you are in the right place. I will help you get where you want to go. I aim to provide a safe environment, learn something from me and continue this healthy lifestyle with doing things by yourself.
