Exercise for Mental & Physical Health with Ece, a Certified Personal Trainer

Are you looking for more than just a workout? Do you crave that feeling of therapy after a good sweat sesh? So do I! My name is Ece, and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer who understands the mental and physical benefits of exercise.

I encourage everyone to get up and move for at least 10-30 minutes a day, simply going for a walk or 10 min HIIT. I enjoy High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), circuits, AMRAP, yoga, stretching, walk, hike, bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups (even if most don't like it). I offer a range of options from beginner to advance.

As a multilingual trainer, I can assist you in English, Turkish, and even Portuguese and Spanish. I'm dedicated to creating a safe environment and providing challenging exercises that are tailored to your needs.
