Are you seeking more than just a workout? Do you long for that therapeutic feeling post a rewarding sweat session? You're not alone! Hi, I'm Ece, a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women's fitness, who values the mental and physical advantages of exercise.

I encourage everyone to engage in physical activity for at least 10-30 minutes daily, whether it's a leisurely walk or a quick 10-minute HIIT session. My classes are a range of strength-focused exercises like Circuit, HIIT, AMRAP, Body Combat, Glute & ABS, Mindfulness, Pilates, Yoga and Stretching. I offer a variety of options suitable for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.

My educational background spans child development and education, psychology, neuropsychology, sports psychology and Level 5 Personal Trainer equipping me with a deep pool of knowledge and expertise. I am dedicated to leveraging this expertise to help each individual discover their unique strengths, benefiting all those I engage with.

Being multilingual, I am able to communicate with you in English, Turkish and Portuguese. My focus is on creating a supportive space and delivering challenging workouts tailored to your specific requirements.
