HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I SEE A TRAINER?

The most effective approach depends on your goals and whether or not we're a good match. During our initial meeting, we can discuss this in more detail. If you prefer not to exercise alone, you may find it more beneficial to work with a personal trainer twice a week.
DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?
Take advantage of our complimentary initial session, which includes a physical evaluation and short workout.
DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
Bring your guest along to watch or participate in our session. If you both enjoy it, we can continue with the private group training.
WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL ADVICE?
As personal trainers, we possess a broad range of knowledge in various areas, although we are not certified nutritionists. We can provide guidance on the optimal timing of meals and discuss your dietary patterns during our training sessions. However, it's worth noting that consulting with a professional nutritionist is advisable for more in-depth and personalized recommendations.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
Cancellation and Late Policy for Sessions
To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide a 24-hour notice. In the event that you're running late, please let me know so we can make arrangements if time permits. If not, you'll be charged a 1-hour fee, regardless of the actual time used. After our initial session, I will give you more information about my policies. While I understand that emergencies happen, I expect clients to take our work seriously and commit to our scheduled sessions.
Bring a bottle of water! If you have any tools, we can arrange exercises that make use of them.
